Overview:

The Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) Program is designed for IT professionals and fresh graduates who are eager to develop advanced training delivery skills and gain an internationally recognized certification. This course equips candidates with essential instructional techniques, ensuring they can confidently deliver high-quality training sessions aligned with Microsoft’s standards.

This course serves as a solid foundation for IT professionals aspiring to transition into the role of a certified Microsoft trainer, equipping them with the skills and confidence to deliver impactful training sessions.

Course Objective and Assessment:

The candidate will learn how to plan and conduct effective training sessions that align with industry best practices and Microsoft’s training methodology. The assessment will be based on the Training Delivery Assessment Criteria, ensuring trainers meet professional standards in delivering engaging and interactive learning experiences.

Audience:

    • Fresh IT graduates or professionals with technical expertise in Microsoft technologies.

    • No prior experience in training required, but a strong understanding of IT concepts and Microsoft solutions is recommended.

    • Experienced IT professionals with at least six months of training experience may opt for the Advanced Training Delivery Course

Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) Qualification Requirements:

To become a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

2. Completion of Instructional Skills Certificate Program (ISCP):

The Instructional Skills Certificate (ISC) is a required component for becoming a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). It verifies that the candidate acquire the foundational teaching and facilitation skills necessary to deliver Microsoft training effectively.

3. Final Evaluation:

Each candidate is required to deliver a final presentation on the last day of the course, serving as an opportunity to demonstrate the skills and techniques acquired.

Instructor Feedback Process:

Feedback will be provided face-to-face using a structured rubric, focusing on:

Evaluation & Retake Policy

Pass/Fail Notification: Candidates will be informed whether they have passed or failed their presentation based on the assessment criteria.

Retake Guidelines:

If a candidate fails their first evaluation, they may reschedule another assessment after one week to incorporate feedback and improve their performance.

If a candidate fails a second time, they must wait one month before scheduling another attempt.

By meeting these requirements, candidates will be well-prepared to deliver high-quality Microsoft training and earn the Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) designation.
