The Instructional Skills Certificate (ISC) is a required component for becoming a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). It verifies that the candidate acquire the foundational teaching and facilitation skills necessary to deliver Microsoft training effectively.
Each candidate is required to deliver a final presentation on the last day of the course, serving as an opportunity to demonstrate the skills and techniques acquired.

Evaluation & Retake Policy
Pass/Fail Notification: Candidates will be informed whether they have passed or failed their presentation based on the assessment criteria.
Retake Guidelines:
If a candidate fails their first evaluation, they may reschedule another assessment after one week to incorporate feedback and improve their performance.
If a candidate fails a second time, they must wait one month before scheduling another attempt.
